Spaces
Our main auditorium has capacity for 550+ people in theatre style.
The Mataī lounge has capacity for 100 - 150 people in theatre style
The Rātā lounge has capacity for 50+ people theatre style
These rooms can be booked together or separately.
Our facilities are always booked during the day Sunday, evenings. Our facilities can otherwise be booked from 8.30am to 10.30pm most days.
CCC
With excellent parking, lighting, sound and amenities; CCC is an ideal location for events or workshops in Palmerston North.
As a church, we look to contribute as much as we can to our community so hiring our facilities is one way we're able to keep the administration costs down of maintaining and developing our quality facilities.
From team workshops, to training, weddings and funerals; CCC offers rooms of all sizes.
Please note, we do not have a liquor license and smoking is not allowed on site. If this is required for your event, you will need to discuss this with our team.
Our facilities are used by many groups from our local community at different times so we do take evening bookings on a case-by-case basis.
Facilities
Our main auditorium, Matai lounge and Rata lounge are wired for sound and screens. The lounges offer a simple plug and play system while the main auditorium offers a full sound desk, a projector screen and lighting. If you would like to use the sound desk, we recommend booking in a sound technician who is familiar with our system.
Tables, chairs, couches and high stools are available for your booking.
Our spacious kitchen facilities can be booked or shared, offering crockery, cutlery and water glasses.
A commercial 6 burner BBQ can be booked on request.
If you do use our kitchen facilities, you will need to clean and leave them as you found them after your booking (unless otherwise organised with our team).
